3XL fits perfect on me Love this bath I suit, I just ordered it and wore it once so far. I’m very uncomfortable with my body and am extremely picking with my bathing suits. I’m 5’4″ 250lbs size 22W XL-XXL in shirts and I ordered the 3XL. This bathing suit fits wonderfully.
